Finally this concert was here! We arrived in plenty of time to find Andy loitering around McDonalds with Heat + Em (From the MLUKFC) Also to meet up with Eva:-) Went in found and our seats, saw the stool and mic was out for Kasim! Essential part of the evening.. Found Michael and Diane to say hello to... Then realised I was sitting next to Heather (Meatfan from the MLUKFC) which was a nice surprise...

Don't Hold Me Back
Before she Was Gone
Sacrifice

Before long Kasim came out saying happy new yr... and that he was happy to be there... he went on to say how his name was Kasim (As if we didn't know that lol) And that he was Meats Bass Player and Musical director, and that he came out to warm us up:-) he then went on to sing Don't hold me back.

After this he told us how he'd cut himself:-( and that he had just celebrated his 25th or 26th or was it 27th? yr in the music business. This took him into his album at the merchandise stand! to which I heard a young girl shout out behind me.. "I have it" which was nice to hear:-)

Next was Before she was gone. It sounded really good, especially with a cut finger.

After before she was gone, he said that he really appreciated how kind everyone had been to him, with his solo sets. I for one love Kasim's solo sets and wish they was far longer....

Last but not least... Sacrifice, this went down really well yet again after Kasim once again thanked everyone for their support. He then left the stage to a huge round of applause!!

During Lawyers tonight Meat changed things a bit. He sang this "no don’t hit me, don’t hit me again, precious, precious… " different lol, but sounded good!

Dead Ringer For Love

At the beginning of Dead ringer Meat asked if " Is there anybody out there, wanna be my girlfriend, I stole that from Justin.....

Meat was on top form tonight for the beginning of Dead ringer. He went over to CC + Paul 1st, doing the "Kiss my ass" bit at the end again lol. then he came over to Patti, Kasim and Randy. He put a cowboy hat on before he came over, along with some cool shades ... Patti was getting some High 5's.. think she was having trouble stopping laughing at him with the hat and shades lol...

Testify

They changed Testify tonight, seemed slower, but good... Randy was as excellent as ever at the beginning..

All Revved Up

Meat told us a little story about calling up this very special woman called Ruth, who he'd been wanting to go out with for the longest time..... He told her about this very special event that was coming up, and she said, she'd meet him there. So Meat went out, and bought a new suit, It wasn't Armani, but he put an Armani tag in it lol.. He bought a new tie and a new pr of underwear. and on the front of the underwear it said, hidden treasure!!! and then he went out and rented a Mercedes, and he went to that special event, and stood in line and he was waiting on Ruth when word got to him that "the son of a bitch had cancelled," (Can any of you imagine that? fancy someone cancelling when you've gone to so much trouble lol) So he never got to see Ruth.

All this time he'd had a can of Boddingtons. He goes on to say "This is a Manchester beer so I'll just drown myself in this. he spells it out... B.O.D.D.I.N.G.T.O.N.S - Boddingtons is that close? ...

then went into All Revved Up..

At the beginning of Took The Words, Meat called Patti Ruth!! and blew his chances yet again lol

When the crowd got singing Meat asked Billy to light em up. He said that was really sweet
